The ARRL made some changes to the DXCC rules during the directors meeting on January 19th & 20th, 2018. Following the new rules, the Republic of Kosovo finally made it on the list.

There are now again 340 current entities on the list. QSOs with Kosovo count for the new entity starting January 21st, 2018.

In order to reflect these changes in our annual Honor Roll and DXCC listing, we plan to put together the list end of February. We recommend to submit your application to ARRL as soon as possible. LoTW is probably the quickest way. And yes, we too are looking forward for the first log upload to LoTW.
